When Giving Gives Back

Hi – I am Jason Sargeant – the new C3 Dunedin Business Services Manager. The great news I bring you this month is that either by now or in the next few moments of your life you will receive a receipt from C3 Church – provided you have been giving throughout the past year and have a tithe number. Now for the exciting part of that great news – the Inland Revenue Department will refund a portion of what you have given (1/3 or as it says on the tax form 33.3333%). Ps Chris Mac has asked that I make it as easy as possible for you to claim what is rightfully yours – so I have navigated the Inland Revenue website and found the form you need – it’s IRD_IR526_Refund Form_2011(some may have been sent it from IRD already – but not everyone is sent one); simply complete this form, attach your C3 Church receipt and send it to Inland Revenue, PO Box 39090, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045.
